I’m Rick Fink and I’m the Sales Manager at Results Radio

I initially got into radio simply because I thought it sounded fun. It is Fun! I fell in Love with it, because I really get excited about helping clients grow their business.

I’ve been with Results Radio for18 years. I started out as a Disc Jockey and Assistant Production Director. From there I moved into sales as a Marketing Representative and for the last 8 years I have been the Sales Manager.

I have a belief; no one is born into greatness. To become great, you must train and educate yourself. Just like great athletes that are coachable and train relentlessly, we too must continue to educate (train) ourselves and be open to coaching.  I have been very fortunate to have been trained by one of the very best in the business. 

I like to Coach and I like to be Coached.
